Gerbera, scientifically known as Gerbera, belongs to the Asteraceae family. This flower is native to Asia, South Africa and Tasmania, and was first discovered by Robert Jameson in the 19th century. Currently, gerbera is one of the 10 most important commercial flowers in the world, with about 30 different varieties being grown in Vietnam. With its brilliant beauty and good meaning, gerbera has become a favorite flower for decoration and as a gift.
The advantages of this orange-green hue include big blooms and sturdy, long stems. However, flower producers do not yet embrace it because of its dark color.
